there's a proper way to do this... with elastics.. this is not promoting proper form and does nothing apart from uneccasry strain on joints... the kicking part is pathic.. that standing broken bag minics the leg og a 12 yr old girl, how can you learn to kick a person with that?
god this "master" is a joke, every video on youtube are laughable. if you wanna learn kickboxing, dont learn it from a guy in red coat and sneakers.

I'm a boxer and I'm gonna tell you young kids never ever use more than a 2.5lb 1lb is good and don't over extend or lock out your elbow how this guy never jacked his own arm up is amazing and I would love to fight his students this shit is pure booty.

for everyone talking shit on the weird noises here. This is a very old technique that's been demonstrated multiple times by people performing sanchin as well as old masters of the arts. It may sound weird but it is effective.

haha true...technique isnt very good. not enough pivoting on the foot and the hips, arm pumping, head protection with the other arm and the foot work is horrible. im a girl.. 14 years old, and have been doin muay thai for only a year and a month and i recon i could demonstrate much better than that. by the way. who kicks bags with shin protection on?

So you are 14 years old, so you better come and take a few classes with Calasanz, he built his name primarily on conditioning fighters to the point that they never could get hurt, the reason you see this guy kicking with thin pads is because already he spent one hour building his shin by kicking a 600 sand bag, now his shin is so sore that he is using the shin pads.

this does work, the punching with weights iv been doing it for a long time and I dont get hurt. I also punch iron dont belive me check my video out then you will see these things do work
