So when I first enlisted and was in the DEP (Delayed entry program) I asked my recruiter, so have you ever had to retreat from the enemy when you were in Afganistan? He replied "What the hell is retreat?"

Things I love about the Marine Corps...
1.They have the most physically demanding training
2.Their dress blues would make me look f'in awesome
3.They have the best heavy infantry unit on this earth
4.Everybody even POGs are trained as infantry
5.They're amphibious shock troopers meant to take advanced,but smaller tasks than army
6.They have the best cadences (my opinion)
7.They're their own thing

Not to be nitpicky or anything but the dummy wearing the blues at 0:45 is an imposter. He's wearing the daggone SNCO belt buckle but only has 3 chevrons...thus should only be wearing the NCO belt buckle.

You are correct! If you can see, the jackwagon also had one collar emblem incorrect which I had to cover up with an annotation. Who dressed this guy? I should have seen both of those right away. Unfortunately I can't change the pic without replacing the entire video.

At the very end, does the (Fmr) suppose to mean former? Remember theres no such thing as a former MARINE.

Just shorthand for "Formerly active duty" vs. e.g. "Retired". "Ex-Marine" is the term we don't use.
