@TheLizGang well I live in the world & the view from here is a very very homophobic one - the internet is there to provide some means of communication - however there is noting to replace the human connection - I suggest you go ask the parents/families of those who took their own lives because of homophobic bulling - try Matthew Shepard's Family also - & the other thing is that my point is concerned with the world also - America is not the world - as I live in Europe -

@anthonynewsome I actually disagree. I believe today's society is much more open minded than twenty years ago. In America, maybe 20 or 30 years ago, if I were to say "one day gay marriage will be legal!" I'd get laughed at. Today, I believe four states allow it now, and civil unions (though not as equal, I admit) are legal in many states more. Our society does still have it's ignorance, but it's improved significantly. And we do have culture! It's the internet, my friends! Embrace the internet!

yeah..... watched this movie, it sucked.

it was horrendous and the only reason i stuck through until the end was to see if there could possibly be any worse parts than the first 20 minutes of the film.

my patience paid off; as the proceeding hour and 10 minutes continued to deliver on what the lack luster beginning had offer. i mean really, was the: nose hair trimming, the foot in the face, the fungus toe nail clipping really necessary?

maybe it was the AMAZING trailer that captivated you?

Just watched the DVD! What a great movie-- maybe the definitive 80s film, at least for the UK. I wish Gordon Warnecke had become as famous as Daniel Day-Lewis.
