Get bullied at school and the bully get a phone call or a letter home, tell someone they are a dumbass and you get 2years in prison... doesnt really add up does it?

if you got rid of free speach the chances are people would feel a lot worse because they cant express themselves, they would have to keep everything bottled up. if your going to get rid of negetive comments you might as well wrap the world and everyone in it in cotton wool they might as well go as far as bubble wrap!!!
