  • Wack? Maxwell is a close and personal friend of Pavel and Cotter. Pavel also refers to him many times in his books. Second, Maxwell is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt and trains fighters from all over the world in there strength and conditioning those that perform at the highest level. Hes 56 and I bet you couldnt hang with him on your greatest day :).

  • I don't know Steve Maxwell personally - but I am an RKC Team leader & a long time martial artist. Steve's technique is impeccable and he is in incredible shape. You youngsters need to demonstrate some respect. Look at what he's doing for your benefit and try to learn from him.

  • no he is 57 and look better than you , good work steve

  • A lot of uneven stress on the back and spine using a kettlebell.Best to start off with a small weight kettlebell for several months.

  • compared to the other "workouts" around this one is close perfect.
