Cool video...reminds me of running old hardinge turret lathes retrofitted with omniturn cnc...long time ago. The endmill sounded bad and left a poor finish. You might have better luck with a shorter flute length.

0:58 & 1:08 etc. sounds bad, motor is losing speed if small tools are cutting

1:58 why does the machine thinking so long between the cuts ?

@dstudinski brass is easy to cut.... so not long... all u need is a lathe and a miller for the hex and job done... obviously this machines alot quicker
