Did you rejet for this exhaust? I am looking at ordering it. Yosh says a size 80 main jet, but I have read others say size 82 main jet? I believe stock is a size 75? Let me know what worked for your set up if you did re-jet. Great video & great sound!

I didnt have to rejet, but that maybe cause i am 3500ft above sea level, i may even need to decrease the size of my main jet for the best performance. Yes, stock size is 75. Thanks

@KMJ187 i just installed mine, i live in the bay area. I didnt rejet, but it kinda sputters a little bit(im 240lbs), but i ride it everyday. eventually ill jet again.

I just installed that exhaust. And now i can hear a rev limiter at a slower speed than it went before without a limiter? I have a posh CDI w/ no limiter. any clue whats up with that?

@MegaRuckus IF i live in Iowa do you think that i would need to rejet and did you have other performance parts on your ruckus i have a 03 and it has a bigger pipe than anything over a 05

I just put this exhaust on my 05 Ruckus, and so far it's working great.  The only problem I ran into is the bracket that bolts the muffler onto the rear fender is causing the fender to bend and the nut is rubbing against the tire.

I'll probably have to rejet, especially after I rip out the airbox (figuring I'll go with an 85 main jet at first)

Thanks for the information! Yeah, at 3500 foot, you may want to move to a smaller jet indeed. My exhaust is on order, as well as jet kit. I am looking forward to it!
