  • @FuckerMother22 hello fucker! it is acrylic paint with a clear varnish topcoat sealant over the top..you must polish first...then paint, then topcoat :)

  • @FuckerMother22 Her Base color is nail polish, and the part she uses for designs is just acrylic paints.
