52 YO/M COMPLAINTED SOB AND CHEST DISCOMFORT.EKG SHOWED ST ELEVATION IN V1,V2 AND V3.SLIGHT ELEVATION OF TROPONINS.CORONARY ANGIOGRAM WAS PERFORMED,AND SHOWED LAD 90% PROXIMAL STENOSIS,LCX 90% PROXIMAL STENOSIS.CHRONIC TOTAL OCCLUSION 100% OF RCA.

  • How can you tell if the septum is infarcted or not?

  • Anterior Septal hypokinesis was noted.

  • 3 vessel CAD---> CABG.

  • anterioseptal mildy hypokenitic.

    normal chember size,

    normal valve morphology,

    estimated EF 46%........hehehehe....

  • the septum endocard doesen't move hypokinesis

  • The septal wall isn't thickening/squeezing as much as it should. Hypokinesis just means that a muscle segment's wall thickening motion has been reduced.
