Pakatan rakyat is 3/4 way to be federal goverment!! Umno is showing sign of defeat by Pakatan Rakyat.....that is why Umno is offering unity goverment to bait Pas. I believe this offer comes more than 50 years too late. That is why now Utusan and Berita Harian is pushing issues like minorities threatening Malay hegemony, ideas of republic challenging the Monarchy and etc. Finally the UG of PAS and UMNO.

Who created all this issues? UMNO.

Why? To maintain the Malay support for UMNO and getting back lost Malay supporters to opposition since 1999.

If you are smart, you can see the smoke screen created by BN. In other words, lots and lots of noise, people get distracted.

That is why PR can only deny BN 2/3 majority. Malays and East Malaysian will decide who rule this country, provided that PR can maintain the current level of supporters.

If BN can maintain the status quo, BN will continue to rule. Chinese and Indian votes can only take you so far (limited seats).

So the Kingmakers are Malays and East Malaysian in PR13. Study demography of all electoral areas of Malaysia, minority no matter how strong they are now cannot bring down the government.

Actually they don't. Only Utusan and Berita Harian print everyday says they are.

You are one of the naive Malaysians that believe what they print.

Chinese and Indian votes has been very consistantly through these last few election (except 2004 where Chinese vote mostly for BN and 2008 where Indian vore for PR) Actually Malays are the real kingmakers of this country. Always has been. To either bring down or support BN government can only be done by Malays and East Malaysian seats.

Kingmakers are the people in power and the people has only the ilusion of power. Nothing more.

Politician (PR or BN) makes lots of noice to keep the people distracted while they do their business behind closed doors and away from the prying eyes of the public.

Perception is eveything to the general public while to the politician, it's just a means to an end.
