This was their follow up song to The Letter. Just as good, in my opinion. I was 16 at the time and was very into all the music of the day. The intro sounds as good today as it did in 1967... that guitar riff just melts me.

@cliftongal51 Sorry, but it was "Neon Rainbow" that was the follower up to "The Letter". Then came "Cry Like a Baby".
