Today was the day I do the arm portion of my workout routine, mostly using free weights. I got curious and did a little math and I determined that the sum of the weight I lifted in my workout routine today is approximately 9,230 pounds. No, I am not joking. The amazing thing about this is that I follow a thorough, but standard, workout routine; additionally, I’m not very strong for a man my size, perhaps a little above average but not unusually strong. People just don't want to lift that weight.
