nice workout doing back to back supersets, i do circuit training in a similar fashion. But one tip, make sure you go all the way down, fi you dont you miss out on your infraspinatus causing shoulder pains, ive seen it happen. Good stuff!

you rock!! can't wait 'til i look like that! =) how long have you been working out?

I agree as long as you are not swinging them up it doesnt matter. Plus by holding them forward it works the abs at the same time and givs a great feeling!!

As long as you're not swinging them up, you're moving the same weight. In fact, it may even be harder to do chin ups with so much more core tension.

you are not suppose to have the legs forward fucking cheater. they shoud be back!!!

Unbelievable!

FANTASTIC strength! So impressive! Careful with the camera at the end, sounds like you crushed it with your super-grip!
I can do about 10, BUT I hurt my elbow armwrestling, and am working my way back up

Hey Msfitness! Just wanted to say, I've seen all your clips, and you are awesome! Strength and beauty, wow. But this one is the best - 13 chinups, BETWEEN sets of something else, and you didn't even max out. "Impressive" doesn't quite cover it! I don't want to get greedy ... but I will anyway, LOL. I'm sure we'd all be curious how many chinups you could REALLY do, if you rested beforehand, and then went all out to failure. Would you be willing to try it for us fans? 8-)

I have an elbow injury. My max was 21 pull ups before that
