Most likely the member is a form of Aqua. I believe the trigger that gets her killed later is the resemblance of Roxas to Ven. She tells Roxas about Ven's past I assume. Plus, also remember that Aqua's armor was in Xemnas's Room Of Sleep and Xemnas called the armor his "friend". This is the only other "friend" he may have had or met.
