Come on man, you gotta stop missing those workouts. It's all about setting priorities, and believe me when I say the sooner you make your physical fitness priority #1, the better in the long run you will be. The general soreness will go away when your body gets used to doing the workouts... but you have to do the workouts to get the soreness to go away. If 60 minutes is too much, do 30 minutes a day for now. Stop doggin it bro and get back into developing those good habits!! :)
Listen man missing workouts is not good.
U will not get good results and if you want ot do p90x be discipline and workout.

i know i have to stop missing it is just that the farther i go in the wekks it seems to get harder to stay on track indted of easyer.
ok i might do some 30 mins insted of 60.
