One thing I don't get. It's your apartment right?

So why do you take off your shoes in your own apartment if you're not Korean? Theres no one to offend in your own place so I'm not sure why you do that.

@StringsCrusader well I didn't mean that, but through my experiences there I've seen that some families do leave their shoes on. But in Asia, it's a real mandatory thing to not wear shoes, but in western society it doesn't apply to all families, nor do they really think about it. I wouldn't call that slobby btw. I've seen this American family where they all wear shoes everywhere, but I never thought they were slobby or lazy. it's just a difference in culture

@tokee1234567 lol I don't know why you're saying that living in Canada for 9 years somehow gives you more experience in the matter than me considering I was born here and lived here all my life so far. I know what you mean though... There are a few slobby people that leave their shoes on. It's just a lack of respect/ laziness on their part.

Dang, I never thought an appartment would be smaller than my room. Although it does look cozy, I'm just not too sure about the Shower thing, LOL. Oh well, I won't knock it until I try it.

We take our shoes off at the door here in Canada too lol. It just makes sense to take your shoes off to keep everything clean. I mean, what happens if you step in something a bit nasty without noticing. You'd end up dragging it all over your floor lol.
