  • A little color on the walls go a long way. just keep that in mind on your next flip

  • "Women will love that when they're washing dishes." ?? Im sure that went over well for him. Lol

  • What does Mike contribute to this team?

  • Good job except for the kitchen...It looks bad to me. The appliances should have been flush mounted, they all stick out, and the vent should have been sheetrocked all the way across it looks goofy over the sink. If you were to sheetrock all the way over and put a nice fixture in there it wouldn't look half as goofy. Other than that I think it's an awesome job

  • sure does echo in there with all that tile.

  • I think that they did a few unnecessary, very costly changes in some places...but then again, not enough in some other areas. That kitchen is big, and instead of leaving it the way it was and just updating the cabinets and appliances, I think it would have been nice to see a different layout. Something with more flow. And yes, I agree, a nice neutral tone on the walls...something in the earth-tone family would have been a nice contrast with white trim, make the walls pop.

  • haha, "women love that when they're washing dishes"

  • I notice there is no shower curtain rod... am I nuts or do other people see it as well

  • i would have went with a neutral tone on the walls and maybe a crown moulding... so it felt more like home but thats just my opinion. Great work though

  • Everything looks nice and well done. It just looks cheap. I understand it is a flip, but it still looks cheap.
