This is a piece I wrote for our performance troupe, F.A.M.E. (Fashion Art Music Expression), chronicling the downward spiral of a drug addict. This is not indicative of my personal experiences nor lifestyle. I am in no way suggesting that help can not be had or recovery is not a very real goal in which an addict can attain. Should you need to seek out help or need someone to talk to about your addictions or that of a loved ones, you can contact 1-800-784-6776 (outside the U.S: 1-561-296-2940) Toll Free 24 hours a day. Thank you for watching. Please comment and rate. Much love and many blessings...

  • You hit the nail on the head with this one, honest and direct, wholly admirable and specific. I liked this a lot and definitely sent home the message of addiction and the addict. Brilliant. Fiv'd & Fav'd.

  • I keep trying to post a comment and it doesn't seem to want to let me. Sad times.

    Good poem. Last attempt.
