Sarge has about 150 HP in both the original and "easy" versions (the FF20th release being one of the latter). The Adamantoise has roughly 400, In the "easy" versions, your party will *never* incur stat penalties,

congratulations you killed him. in normal battles attack yourself and heal to raise your strength and hp.

Yes. yes, I'm aware of this. Yet, with the upcoming quests, it should rarely be necessary; expect your party to be battered like crazy.

yeah lol.especially in Castle Pandemonium the enemies there are very strong.
