@georgepetlover BOY FISH + GIRL FISH = 500 NEW FISH duhhhhhhh!!!!! LMFAO
-
@georgepetlover is really easy tho... start by givin a lot of protein to your male and female for about two weeks or more. set up your tank, let the male to built his bubble nest n let him meet the female... they need to be able to see each other and I always let them like that one day. then take out the female and just wait... If they do not spawn in about 3 hours. take the female out and try another day. but if u picked they right male n female they should start spawnin tho.

Are these Betta Fish?
-
How do u keep so many alive????
-
Where did u get the parents??
a Female Betta can only hold untill 500 eggs. How would it be 1000 babies?

Because it's 4-5 spawns, but all from the same parents! I kept them in many different tanks. Normally I think an adult female will hold about 150-200 eggs, but some big ones might have up to 300. Although I doubt that one female can hold 500 eggs! :)

Usually I'll sell the fish at 3-4 cm, just about when they sexually mature and start to fight more.
Also when kept together since babies and so many in one tank make them less aggressive and the attacks are more spread out.Wellfed fish are also more calmer than starved ones.
In this case with the white Bettas almost 90 % turned out to be female, that are less aggresive as well!

Wow, those are incredibly beautiful... probably the most beautiful fish I've seen!
I've just started being interested in bettas, but why is it that the ones in the pet stores don't seem to move very much at all? The ones in the video swim around quite often...

Depends on what kind of Betta, if they have long fins they will move less because they get more quickly exhausted when they swim!
Maybe the tank is too small, or the fish is not feeling well!?
