@nosirrom5 so you're saying that just because many people have died from cancer (and there's still no cure for it but require extensive treatments) does not mean it's worse than a flu?

@nosirrom5 yeah but flu can be caught in a particular season, and get passed on to other people. Not typically the case for cancer. But although you do have a point, I think it's only appropriate for you to say that unless you've been diagnosed with cancer yourself. Besides, there are other diseases that have been known to affect millions of lives ie: stroke or heart disease yet don't get as much promotion. I personally don't think it's right to make comparisons. Disease is disease.

I don't wanna sound offensive but more people die of the Flu every year than breast cancer. Do you think that we're misusing resources?

as a fellow survivor, i have her song"i run for life" on my ipod and it moves me every time i hear it.
