Don Ross - Thin Air (Cover)

Don Ross = THE MAN!! This song is my favourite from Don Ross and is probably one of the funnest songs to play on guitar EVER. There's a lot of room to freestyle the solo bit. Unfortunately for me, my improv is not up to snuff so I mostly based mine on Don Ross' youtube video and took a few liberties here and there. I also think I may have inadvertently changed the time signature of the solo from 3/4 to 4/4, but whatever man...

Anyways, this is a sweet song to learn, and to jam with. OOF, I LOVE this song!!!

@tomreidwilson haha thanks for the kind words, Tom. Yeah, Don's shows are absolutely ridiculous. His performance is flawless and he has so much experience that he's so comfortable on stage, telling stories and jokes. I'll always catch him when he's in Toronto. Next time he comes around, we should definitely go check him out. Probably one of my favourite concert moments of all time was when he played this song. Literally, the entire venue was completely captivated and awestruck. Really something!

@GuitarMan19193 sorry for taking so long to respond. Keeping up to date on youtube is not my thing, what with all my 143 views on this video, hahaha. But yeah, maybe a tutorial on this video would be worth making. This song is definitely the most fun to play from Don Ross!
