these things fall apart so quick. iv invested in my own tools and build things i want instead of paying for something that will eventually chip,peel and fall apart.

the size of the cabinet doesnt warant any need of disasembly EVER. can fit it in a front sit of a car or carry in your arms. looks like Ikea design. not all things need be made disasemblky ready.
Would have been better of to just throw those screws away and redo the whole lot with glued dowels if you lack the router to do a simple feathered mortise connections.
