Dear Auntie, Why Me? was a book written by Duluth author, Peggy Anderson as she was still going through breast cancer treatment. She wrote letter to her aunt; her aunt Karen wrote letters back. Joel Skinner from UMD drew pictures, Mary Broman drew the cover pictures (she had lost a daughter to cancer, a UMD researcher), and Peggy Anderson filled the book with information to help any breast cancer patient. She found out the answers she was searching for. She donated money from the sale and fundraising of the book to the Duluth Clinic Foundation for national training of staff in onocology, radiation, and surgery related to breast cancer.
