Powell, spoke to American Studies Leipzig (ASL) on December 8, 2011 about his extensive diplomatic experience serving in the Americas and Europe, and what he sees as challenges and opportunities for American foreign policy and transatlantic relations as new powers such as Brazil begin to emerge on the global stage.
