What's with all the rocket science argument going on about losing fat,gym,which equipment,what food,which shoes,and other countless gibberish?
It's really simple :
1)Warm up good before doing any exercise.
2)Create resistance against your muscles,so you will burn fat.
3)Burn more than you put in.
4)Sleep enough.
Geez...

can i ask what the purpose of the towel is and if there is a way you can do it without the towel

@ishoa1 . the towel gives you range of motion. its also great for gripping strength. do this one outside, away from people, and don't hit your head or body.
