There is a huge bedbug invasion going on in the quite expensive student rooms at UEL, and the residential management just won't take care of this major problem despite repeated notifications.
The students are unable to study because they spend their time fighting against heavy scratching and painful bites.
Is this university worth the amount of money it costs, leave alone the unacceptable health matter?

  • @118Charlie You just want to have sex with this lady.

  • Try using a non-perminable mattress cover, and using a sleeping bag (leave outside during the day). The plastic cover will reduce their mobility and the cold outside should mes them out. Fumigation is the only real solution.

Otherwise, you can stay at my house. However, to avoid contaiminating my house, you will have to strip naked at the door LOL.

  • Okay... Sweetness. Let me just say. Sorry that this is happening, but I guarantee this is not the only University that will be like this. It's Hauls. It's student accommodation. Not Hilton Hotel New York. Yes you're paying a tone of money each week and expect the best, but it IS London. Nothing's cheap. I understand your point, but seriously? You're going to Jepordise your own University's reputation by broadcasting this worldwide? Wow. I thought Uni Students were mature. Take the matter to UNI!

  • Good luck getting it sorted out. On a positive note, at least it is not your home. Make sure you don't take them with you. They are excellent travellers. Well done for talking about it, more people need to be educated on the problem but sadly people turn a blind eye, as you know. The government needs to get involved.
