Well, the issue about US aid being handed out to Israel is another matter.
I am talking more generally about the obsession with Israel's alleged human rights violations, which is especially true here in Europe where there's a huge anti-Israeli bias.

@Mattyb88ful No, rather it's that Israel has set itself up as a light unto the nations, when it practice it behaves no differently - yet demands not only respect of this divine delusion, but subsidy at your expense - taxation without representation. If my tax $ go toward maintaining Israel, then I demand the right to vote in the next Israeli election. :D

Yeah, but, you see, people seem to have forgotten about the plight of Tibetans and etc in China, the Kurds and etc in Turkey, gays and religous minorioties in virtually all Muslim-majority countries, etc.
It's like Israel is this isolated demon nartion amongst world of angel nations.
