Canon Pixma MG5150 und MG5250 ärgerliche Druckpausen

Im Vergleichstest hat Druckerchannel festgestellt, dass die beiden Canon-Pixma-Multifunktionsgeräte bei bestimmten Dokumenten immer wieder Druckpausen einlegen. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob sie per USB oder per Wlan angeschlossen sind. Dies passiert nur bei Canon und nicht mit anderen Geräten von Brother, Epson, HP oder Lexmark aus dem Vergleichstest.

Yes I still have the warrant but when they called me today they said that the error happened because I used non Canon ink catridge. I did use non Canon ink catridge but I noticed the odd sound in the machine in the first few months and way before I started using the non Canon Ink Catridge anyway! They are trying to charge me for fixing their faulty product!

just put the original inks in the printer and send it in.

@Drukerchannel Thanks for your advice but I did exactly what you mentioned and nothing was fixed. When a product fails to function after only 6 months from the day of purchase then this product has serious problems and that what happened in the Canon MG5250 case.

Do you still have a guarantee on the Pixma MG5250? I'm afraid you haven't.

The error 6c10 means "valve sensor error (purge Unit). I think you'll have to send the printer to a Canon service partner.

I am seriously disappointed with this machine Canon MG5250. Only after 6 months from buying it the machine starts to show error 6C10 on its screen failing to print, copy or scan.

When the printer shows the error 6c10, try the following:

Turn the power off and open the cover as if you're going to change a cartridge. Pull out the papertry. Use (very carefully) a spray duster an blow all paper dust away. Turn power back on, close the cover an turn the papertry back in the printer.

Der Canon macht eine Pause, dass die Farbe trocknen kann.

Beim alten IP5200, den ich habe steht das bei Druckauftrag dabei, "Drucker wartet bis die Farbe der vorrangegangenen Seite getrocket ist". Wenn dann wieder nur bisschen Text kommt, druckt der Drucker ohne Pause weiter.

Soviel wissen sollte Druckerchannel schon haben.

Der Druckertreiber veranlasst den Drucker wirklich zum Warten, damit die erste Seite trocknen kann. In den Druckereinstellungen unter dem Reiter "Wartung" kann unter "Benutzerdefinierte Einstellungen" die Tintentrocknungszeit angepasst werden. Soweit ich weiß, ist das bei allen Canon(-PIXMA-)Modellen so.

@Frau61 hey du scheinst Ahnung zu haben. ^^ Und zwar hab ich ne "dumme" Frage und zwar will ich mir wahrscheinlich den Canon Pixma MG 8150 kaufen. Meine Frage: Brauch ich dafür Internetanschluss bzw. muss der Drucker mit dem Internet verbunden sein, oder kann ich den auch manuel an den Computer mit dem USB anschließen, wie es früher auch immer der Fall war ???! Bitte um schnelle Antwort, Danke !

Thanks for your advice. It seems that the machine had a fault from the manufacturer as I understood. This fault is common in this model and it is really disappointing that Canon has not issued any decleration to admit that fault yet!
