Get an adapter, connect the sytem to it and the adapter to the computer. Play the game and record. YAY

@theunderminor14 I considered that, but sometimes that is "Unavailable" when it comes to certain games sooo... I'd rather be able to record off my Television and would love recommendations on the best equipment, along with the ideal way of getting it easily. Keeping it quite cheap if possible. I know a good way, but also would like better ways if possible, and again ways of obtaining.
