@Tennymon: I totally agree to disagree :) Rock-N-Roll was created by both White and Black people. Folklore/Old Time, Country, Honky Tonk, Blues, Blue Grass,gospell, Jazz, Swing, Boogie Woogie and Big Band were all spawns of Rock. In fact many races are resposible for all music actually. You have to have the insruments to make the music to begin with... LOL.. And without Beethoven's 5th and 6th, we all would kind of be lost..

I don't mean to offend anyone but. White people introduced backs to the blues, all music for that matter. When they first arrived in America they did not speak the language and could not read or write music. This was all taught by the white people. Their ancestors never sang or played the blues never even wrote music. Go Janis.
