phlogiston is seriously one of the best chiptune artists I have ever heard, I have yet to find any chiptunes as melodic and complex. Vocals and chiptune just do NOT work for me. Love this stuff, great upload man.

@Azzazel1987 If you want strict just old school 8 bit sounds, I like Rushjet1 and Mr. Spastic (although Mr. Spastic does experiment with other sounds I think...it's been a while).

@Azzazel1987 Specifically, this has a Konami sound to it. All the major developers had their own unique sound, Capcom, Konami, etc.

could someone please please tell me anyone that is similar to Phlogiston because i have listened to so many other 8-bit artists and the don't have this distinct feel to it.
i find Phlogiston very old school , using only clean 8-bit tunes , tunes you can imagine in a NES game like double dragon , castlevania etc..
