Is the gameplay the same as in the prev's versions? Or is it really different or added new shit in it?

If you mean ra1 & ra2 as previous versions, I can't tell much about their gameplay. EA has released 4 patches to ra3, but they didn't change anything in the game :S. Ra3 is a low economy micro management game. And meisa needs more practice ;E.
