Okay i REALLY need some help. When i load Record from my start menu and i hit 'Launch Browser' it takes me to a page telling me to register Reason with my card. Well i bought only Record which came with a Reason disk also and it gave me a License and Registration code for Record. Just not for Reason. Where would i find the License and Registration for Reason codes for Reason? Please Help.

@utookmypancake If you bought only Record, then the Reason registration doesn't apply to you. I think the Record boxes came with Reason upgrades for previous owners of the Record Reason Duo so they could keep both programs up to date. But if you bought only Record, like you say, then the license wouldn't apply to you. Just register Record only.

@PropellerheadSW Thanks for replying. But when i click Record off the start menu and i click register and click launch browser it takes me to the screen that has me register Reason. But even when i just go back and register Record and i put in all of the information it says "Please note that you have to register your copy of Reason before you can register Record for Reason Owners."

@utookmypancake Do you have an install of Reason on your computer? I'd recommend sending a support request to our customer care guys. They're experts at this stuff unlike me (the video guy). :) I hope you get it sorted out quickly. I'm sure it's something that will seem obvious once you know it but it's something we're both overlooking right now. I wish I could've have the magic answer.

could you help me. i bought reason 6 upgrade online and i have the ignition key but when i choose to register my version of reason(reason 6 upgrade) it says i need authorization?! i never purchased from propellerhead before or registering anything! please help

@Pranksta305 If you've never bought anything before then you probably shouldn't have bought the upgrade since the upgrade is for upgrading previously bought versions of Reason (version 5 for example) up to version 6. You should contact our customer care guys via our website because they can help you by looking up your account info and stuff. There's not much I can do here but head to our website and go to the support section. You can submit a help request there and they'll help you.
