A song about one of Jack the Ripper's victims - Annie Chapman (Dark Annie). The song is by the Town Pants and is titled 'Dark Annie'. Annie Chapman (c. 1841 -- 8 September 1888), born Ann Eliza Smith, was a victim of the notorious unidentified serial killer Jack the Ripper, who killed and mutilated five women in the Whitechapel area of London from late August to early November 1888.
