death magnetic was such a successful album from metallica to me, my first album was st anger and i loved it, i listened to their old stuff and i new it was better and it was, but death magnetic is like right back from the roots of metallica, besides master of puppets and black album, id have to say this is my top favorite! kickass song 2, not bad live either!
