am potentially doing a research on reducing waiting time with a local hospital, at least i got some sights after watching this video :)

erm, how can it 'sometimes be confusing trying to find out which NHS service is right for your treatment' ??
To any person with even the smallest amount of brain cells, A&E means Accident & Emergency.. This is not rocket science !! Charge the idiots fines and only then will these selfish idiots learn not to waste the NHS time or money.

@mrathfelder - It can sometimes be confusing trying to find out which NHS service is right for your treatment, but the Choose Well campaign aims to signpost people to clear and consistent information about which NHS service to use and when; and also to promote self care and the use of pharmacy as the first options for people who have minor illnesses and injuries, such as coughs, colds, flu, stomach upsets. You can find out more from your local pharmacy, or you can visit the Choose Well website.

@ Sam - An interesting idea!!! Not sure about the newspaper bit, but you're quite right, we definitely wouldn't recommend coming into A&E with diarrhoea as you could run the risk of infecting much more vulnerable patients. Your local pharmacy is the best place to go for an illness like this.
