Went into it with a previous known max of 115lbs. I weigh in at 124.8lbs and it's been my goal to bench my own weight since I started!
Started benching in March 2010... nothing spectacular, I know. But this is only the beginning... so far I'm pretty proud of myself :S
I'll try to repost, without a spotter, on April 9th, the day after my fitness test. I was scared of being annihilated in public by a bar that weighs as much as I do.
Next goal is 135lbs (an excuse to use the biggest plates) and after I reach that, 156lbs (125% of my body weight)
