Point taken, love accepted. Distortion and non-Beatle sound was intentional but I accept the observation of its inefficacy.

Yes and no. You can probably still find the Midi track on the net...which provided drums and the 12 string main riff (sounds like a cheesy keyboard). I added bass and guitar. Ironically, my Hofner was not set up at the time and the bass track I did is lost in the mix completely. Thanks for the interest.
