hisagi is the best hands down . also he fights mostly without his shikai and he even managed to put a pillar in a captain ( hitsugaya during the diamond dust rebellion ) thats just badass .

If you ask me Hisagi is the strongest non-captain ranked Shinigami.Except for Yachiru,who hasn't shown any of her powers,there's no real threat to him.(And also,ofcourse,except Ichigo)

hisagi is kickass cause he doesnt get much screen time, the more u have him in the show the more they try to give it a comical effect cause u cant take each episode to seriously, they always have that momentwhere they try to slow everything down a bit with sum comedy, he truly is kickass tho

Lol.. I just realized something.. what's up with Hollows always wanting to eat Hisagi?
The first on happens in the turn back the pendulum episode when he was a little kid, then the one where he's fighting against Allon the huge hollow in episode 225...
