Jay Dee's beat for A Tribe Called Quest's "Wordplay" from 1996.
Donnie McClurkin's famous "We Fall Down". This remix is called "Words Fall Down" from 1998.


The quality is better than this. (The record play is staying) The finished track is a bit better.

Donnie was a great gospel artist. And the beat Jay Dee made wasn't anything further than that. So I had an idea.
The keys are covered by me...The beat is straight from "Wordplay."
But I had to show my reverence by putting a little spin on a track...It's another CHILL track. Good for deep thought.
So who ever wants to get on this beat, hit me up. Hopefully, you can get deep...Because it's that kind of beat.
