AWARD WINNER! Connor Raikes from the Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences. A high school student, upset about a failing grade, drops his test in a park where a homeless man picks it up. Though an important part of the film is about open interpretation, Connor wanted to place all types of failures into two groups: those who get a chance and don't follow through, and those who never get a chance at all and suffer for it

This is one of 24 videos featured in the Images of Youth 2007 Video Festival, April 20, 2007. What especially distinguishes these films is the focus on message. All entrants were asked to demonstrate that they have been critically thinking about their subject matter and have used their skills in expressing to their audience what they feel is an important message. Unlike other national youth video festivals, emphasis on message is considered to be more important than the production skills that students demonstrate. Once again, Action for Media Education (AME) would like to thank all our entrants for participating in our festival.
