Part 2 - shows you how to fill the Somosas (watch part l for the fillings)
Ingredients
l pkt of Somosas leaves
2 to 3 table spoon of any flour - mix with water to make a paste (to be used to stick the Somosas- as shown in the vedio)
fill Somosas with 2 to 3 teaspoon of Somosas Mix.
These can be frozen and fried when needed.
Deep fry in hot veg. oil. until golden brown.
serve hot with yogurt mint chutney
