Can't remember how many years I've been looking,hoping,searching for some live stuff from Rudimentary Peni and then this suddenly turns up,its not high quality and before I recieved it I suspected it to be just audio or maybe some band doing a cover version but no,here it is,a quick snippet from the uniquely original Rudimentary Peni.

These guys are the masters. Too bad they're not that great live. I'd still give my left nut to see em play though. Madness and genius often walk hand in hand. Still my favorite after more than 20 years.

Its strange that technically,they're nothing different but at the same time theres no other band that can touch them,they get a clean sound on their early vinyl outputs but I think its probably that voice that sets them leagues apart,saying that,the way they melt their 3 instruments together is a work of pure genius/madness and yes I too would love to see them play live...who knows eh?it took over 15 years for this video to surface!!

This is pretty similar quality to other footage I've seen though the actual dvd isn't as dark as it is here,I guess its just down to the quality once its transffered to youtube.

Hey, yeah the video has been passed around! im glad it did, i noticed RP has become really recognized over the years, more then usual! i think every fan should see this!! took me a while to get it! hopefully you put more of these, the quality of yours is great, i couldnt do it as yours since im not too good with computers, but i tried! i dont think many people had the video and i wanted to share it since i think nick and RP are one of the greatest!! cheerz!

for sure I'll put more of RP on here but it is a long drawn out process of transfering and uploading,downloading editing etc,will try to put a fair amount on tomorrw or the weekend...you're right,as many people as possible should see this and I really think a lot of people will want to anyways.

I was lucky enough to see these back in the day - one of my favourite bands of all time, the other vids have better sound quality - the power comes over no matter what the quality - genius!
