I don't understand.
The bottom left of the clip write in Thai "จ.ชลบุรี" or 'Chonburi province' not "กรุงเทพฯ" or Bangkok and the clip was not taken from the Santika nightclub for sure.
Look for the related videos and you will see the truth.
