Well in short you shoud clean the whole piece friend. Practice separately both hands, because I could see that you are not playing the triplets as they shoud be played, let your wrists higher then you wont need to stress your fingers upwards. You are not using the structure of your joints if u let them lying you will have a bad uneven sound and tired. watch urself and see u keep lifting your fingers, and dont practice haphazardly thus you'll play like so.
