Is there any other microphones that you can recommend for less than $50?

I need it for Skype and my mom sometimes borrow it for recording music. Any cheap one that's decent enough to not cause too much noise would be fine. My current one... well... to put it simply it's only better than the built in one in my laptop... and my laptop is very outdated...
