Independent Service, otherwise it would not have opened when it arrived at a floor.

That is probably independent service mode.

it's independent so people don't fight for the view. we can see a lot of Atlanta from there.

Interestingly enough, these elevators were originally Armor. I know this because I stayed in the apartment building next door with family and tried to ride this elevator to no avail

I believe that is Indepentent Service due to the fact that the elevator doors opened when it arrived at a floor. They are supposed to stay shut. Ind. Service usually will have you hold the door close to shut the doors. Just to tell you. (Yes I realise this video was taken a long time ago...)
