  • I can't wait until Disney fires this woman for being so greedy.

  • @mattjnor98 Really? She runs a division at Disney valued at $61 billion that generated $17 billion in revenue last year. She was just named the most powerful woman in entertainment by "The Hollywood Reporter"--for the second year in a row. She has a reputation in the industry as an effective manager and a tough negotiator. I've met her in person and found her to be very approachable and cordial. What's so greedy about her?

  • @disneytim I'm sorry, but corporate power = greed. That doesn't go for all people in business, but people who have a lot of power in the Television business tend to be really greedy as in her case.

  • @mattjnor98 If ambition and success make her greedy, I say good for her. I don't begrudge any corporate executive the right to make a lot of money at the top as long as they effective manage their company. We should all be so lucky.

  • @disneytim I'm not saying greed is a bad thing, but it's not a good thing either. About what I said about Ms. Sweeney, That was going way too far on my part. I'm just irritated about what she did with Disney Channel turning it into a tween network.

  • @disneytim I'm not saying she's a bad woman or a bad businessperson at all. What I meant to say was she needs to use her power wisely ( and yes, saying that I hope she gets fired was WAY over the top).
