This Sensible Software classic for the C64 (and later Atari ST and Amiga) is a strange but awesome new take on the typical shooter formula. Can you collect all the paint drops necessary to restore the world to its former self?

  • Geez those sound effects are still imprinted on my brain from 20 years ago. Like I played it yesterday. The mind is a very weird thing. This is one of the best C64 games of all time.

  • pure and utter GENIUS

i just remember those colours being so mesmerising, it was like having an art lesson while being entertained

this and Paradroid and Mercenary were simply legendary

  • PC REMAKE GUYS!!! yell at them, were sick of FPS bollocks about war.. they need to go back a few decades and get what was actually fun!

I miss this game, and an emulator is not that good... cant emulate an old c64 joystick.

  • Ooh I lost some hours playing this. What a belter.

  • What a classic game! This game put my uncle is casualty! He played it so much he damaged his wrist! lol

  • Best game for the C64 all those years, I loved the game and the sound was superb, the intro doesn't show much here but it was amazing sound and superb game and game play.

  • This game was also ported to the Headstart LX, an 8088 IBM compatible PC, with VGA graphics, and a crap-load of games on an early CD-Rom (the discs had to be placed in a tray that mechanically resembled a large 3.5" floppy).
